Production support that includes evaluating defects, investigating the cause, and developing solutions to address defects. Execute department processes in a high-quality, efficient, and team-oriented manner. Develop with a forward-thinking scalable approach. Maintain programs/software with most recent updates for maximum accuracy and efficiency. Monitoring and identifying trends and opportunities for enhancing application including nightly and monthly jobs. Actively Support product team and Client teams for production releases. Define the technical approach for product features, optimizing for speed, effectiveness, and reliability. Coordinating, planning and implementing regular and ongoing updates and application enhancements and discussing with of the manager/Tech Lead of IT Operations. Ensure that all applications are defensible against security vulnerabilities and all code changes/modifications comply with company policy. As a Dev lead to track, organize, and accurately document changes made to programming code. Contributing to cross functional teams addressing any issues.
