Job Description:
Work as development lead to collaborate with the product owner, scrum coach, developers, and business partners in developing business rules application-related artifacts.
Understand business needs and processes and identify solutions with advanced problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
Promote top code quality and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with aggressive deployment timelines and working in a collaborative / team-based approach.
Participate in daily code review meetings with team members and enforce proper coding standards and alternative solutions.
As a development lead participate in full software development life cycle processing including requirements analysis and design applications based on system requirements and documentation of software user requirement.
Ensure applications are accurate and incident free by following the software development framework. This includes unit testing, Regression Testing, code review, and user acceptance testing.
Production support that includes evaluating defects, investigating the cause, and developing solutions to address defects.
Execute department processes in a high-quality, efficient, and team-oriented manner.
Develop with a forward-thinking scalable approach. Maintain programs/software with most recent updates for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Monitoring and identifying trends and opportunities for enhancing application including nightly and monthly jobs.
Actively Support product team and Client teams for production releases.
Define the technical approach for product features, optimizing for speed, effectiveness, and reliability.
Coordinating, planning and implementing regular and ongoing updates and application enhancements and discussing with of the manager/Tech Lead of IT Operations.
Ensure that all applications are defensible against security vulnerabilities and all code changes/modifications comply with company policy.
As a Dev lead to track, organize, and accurately document changes made to programming code.
Contributing to cross functional teams addressing any issues.
Represent the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts, often performing project leadership roles.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field and five (5) years of software development experience.
Five (5) years of experience with Java, J2EE, Web Development, SQL, and Database.
Three (3) years of experience with IBM ILog JRules/ODM development including writing technical and business rules using Rule Studio.
Demonstrated knowledge of** XML and creation of XML test data.
Any combination of education that has been evaluated by a professional credentials evaluation service to be the equivalent of an U.S. degree will be accepted.
**Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience.
40 hours per week 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
