Device & Application Management Team
The role focuses on technology vulnerability assessment, and the Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) product for software, device, deployment, infrastructure and platform management. The desired work location is Midland MI. or Houston TX.
Responsibilities:
• Monitors device security compliance status and coordinates with stakeholders to remediate vulnerabilities
• Organizes, schedules, and delivers global deployments or removal of software applications as needed
• Provides after-hours support as needed
Coordinates with packaging teams to deliver a productive, consistent, and reliable employee experience when utilizing a workstation
• Utilizes scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript) to automate processes and activities
• Documents or revises user remediation and technical process and procedures
• Designs and creates custom dashboards and reports based on functional requirements
• Developing and maintaining software application security policies and procedures
• Developing and maintaining documentation of application security controls
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical security vulnerabilities
• Provide risk and remediation guidelines, as well as perform remediation activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• US Citizenship is required
• Experience with Windows desktop and server operating system platform administration, configuration, and support
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise level infrastructure
• Experience uninstalling with application switches, patching/maintaining, and troubleshooting applications and operating systems
• Proficiency in software development and/or scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Moderate understanding of network infrastructure, desktop virtualization, and IT security
