As a Sr. Expert Solution Architect, you will be part of the Global Center 4 Enablement Team, which supports Nestlé markets worldwide through a group of Hubs in various locations. You will oversee the support of Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the product group and platform, ensuring a fit within the overall EA as well as with the product group strategy. You will enable the linkage across business missions, strategies, and processes to the IS/IT digital strategy, as well as be responsible for delivering simplicity, agility, and speed of consuming the IS/IT ecosystem.

This position will be based in either our St. Louis, MO office or Arlington, VA office with both locations allowing the flexibility to work from home based on local office guidance.
Manage the architecture for a broader scope of product platforms while working closely with application architects.
Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
Define and ensure adherence to guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to secure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
Ensure delivery of architecture patterns that effectively leverage data foundation assets and incorporate API led designs.
Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across a product group/platform based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements.
Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance.
Facilitate a close collaboration with DevOps and suppliers to guarantee the value plan will be delivered in the most optimal way.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis, or 4+ years of expereince in related field as a solutions architect
8+ years of experience in at least three of the IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations
3+ years of experience working as a solution architect in a solution integration context including application integration, data integration, and agile methodologies
3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and Mulesoft, and an understanding of DevSecOps
3+ years of expereince in applying architecture patterns that cover application, data, events, and API led design concepts enabling transaction flow for scenarios such as application to application, business to business (B2B), direct to consumer (B2C), digital integration, devices, and things
Other
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or SAP Cloud platform preferred.
